They take genuine interests in the individual – in lieu of that they craft the relationship such that the individual give the best to the project. I would go further and explain that a team builder helps team members discern and maximize their individual motivational reasons for doing their very best work. For example, if a team member wants to do work that changes the world for the better, the PM helps that member identify why his role in the team helps the team to do work that changes the world for the better. I would go further and explain that a team builder helps team members discern and maximize their individual motivational reasons for doing their very best work.
