- have passion (you love what you do)
- treat programming as more of a hobby than just a job (you do what you really enjoy doing)
- are ready to speak for hours in your favorite technology (you have considerable knowledge in your subject area and have good communication skills)
- love to learn new technologies / methods on your own (you are a self-starter)
- have strong opinions about which technologies are better and which are not – with convincing reasons. (Strong opinions are usually result of deep learning, unlearning and relearning especially when you have to present convincing reasons)
