Decision Making
There were 7 colleagues but only James made a decision. Seemingly it wasn’t very wise nor was it a perfect one.
He failed. Several times. But for him it was better than “not deciding anything.”
Though his decision sounded unsafe and awkward but a key factor for Jame’s today’s success!
