Project Management Isn’t 7

by Utpal Vaishnav on November 10, 2009

  1. A perfect plan that never executes.
  2. Everyday status meetings.
  3. Just an ability to use a collaboration tool or Ms Project.
  4. Not communicating the bad news to the stakeholders.
  5. Not managing the self first.
  6. Something that can’t be learned.
  7. Perfect! (but still serves the purpose)
