One addition could be &quot;Conversations that demonstrate Trust&quot;. People who know that they are trusted will work wonders for the organization, even if some of the other parameters listed by you are not so good.

Core human need is to be trusted, to be believed in and to be respected - this can be followed by rewards, recognition, care and mentoring. I&#039;ve seen people with very good pay packages and heavy responsibilities/KRA&#039;s/goals leaving the job because they felt that they were not &#039;trusted&#039;.

Building Trust (with internal and external stakeholders) can be an organization&#039;s biggest strategic differentiator! :)
