Five Random Thoughts On Organizational Leadership

by Utpal Vaishnav on June 12, 2009

  1. Good leadership provides the organization and its people the ability to be what they want to be
  2. It depends on the size of organization as well – if the organization size is ‘BIG’,  average leadership might work for several years but if the organization has yet to become ‘BIG’, it needs good leadership!
  3. It is fine even if Leadership development is in implicit agenda… if not, team and individual contributors who strives to achieve their full potential will not be afforded by the organization.
  4. An organization can not be better than its leadership team.
  5. Just think of a car with poor driver… how accident prone the car would be… similarly, an organization is about to make accident if lead by poor leadership.
