- Good leadership provides the organization and its people the ability to be what they want to be
- It depends on the size of organization as well – if the organization size is ‘BIG’, average leadership might work for several years but if the organization has yet to become ‘BIG’, it needs good leadership!
- It is fine even if Leadership development is in implicit agenda… if not, team and individual contributors who strives to achieve their full potential will not be afforded by the organization.
- An organization can not be better than its leadership team.
- Just think of a car with poor driver… how accident prone the car would be… similarly, an organization is about to make accident if lead by poor leadership.
