As a leader (no matter whether the designation is Project Manager or anything else!) beyond title, when a leader subordinates to a cuase, executing #7 becomes much easier.

My friend and Author Tanmay Vora has written a fantastic post on &lt;a href=&quot;http://qaspire.com/blog/?p=772&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;subordinating to a cause&lt;/a&gt;. This post inspires us to maintain integrity even in the face of disagreements. It says that No one is anyone’s subordinate. Even a leader is subordinating to a cause.
